I'll be right up front with y'all.... I love reds: merlots, shiraz, carmenere, chianti, just to name a few. But one wine I've yet to get a hang for is pinot noir. I'm really trying to find a good one that will reveal to me why this wine is picking up steam and causing so many wine consumers to lean towards drinking more of this wine.

But I ran across an interesting article "Is Merlot Cursed Unto Eternity?" while surfing around early this morning that I thought I would post to help generate some discussions on this wine as I'm truly interested in trying to develop some tastes for it.
